On April 29th, 2011, The Capital District of New York Chapter hosted the First Region Spring Meeting and Roebling Award Dinner. NY State Senator Elizabeth O'Connor Little received the Mary G. Roebling Award for her continued support for members of the armed services. She is shown here with SFC Arthur and Julie Coon. SFC Coon received the First Regions Patriotic Service Award. Pictured below that are members of the New York State Army National Guard Honor Guard who were on hand to present the colors. Members of the LaSalle band provided the entertainment. December 13, 2010 - CDNY hosted a luncheon at the Cannon Club on the Watervliet Arsenal. The guest speaker was Congressman Elect Chris Gibson. Pictured with the Congressman is CDNY President LTC(R) Nick Laiacona.   

A presentation of personal military experiences at the Girls High School - The Academy of the Holy Names. Maj. (R) Eleanor L. Morris, Lexi Zerillo, MSG Corine Lombardo, Brigadier Gen. Michael Swezey. Lexi (Alexandra) Zerillo is State President of the New York State Society, Children of the American Revolution (C. A. R.). She and her mother were major organizers for this event. Lexi is a Junior at Holy Names.
